Return, Exchange, or Cancellation Policy Exchange or Return Policy: Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the buyer has the right to exchange or return the product provided to him by the store within seven days from the date of receipt of the product, and he has no right to exchange or return the product after the seven days have passed. To exchange the product, it must be in the same condition as at the time of receipt, with its original labels and packaging, and the consumer must not have used, opened, or benefited from the product. In case of opening or using the product or one of the offers or packages, the price of the opened item will be calculated at the basic price, and the store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging or returning it to ensure its safety. The buyer bears the cost of shipping (sending and returning) if he wishes to exchange or return the product. For international exchanges or returns, the buyer also bears the full shipping and delivery costs to the shipping company. For orders with free shipping, if the buyer wishes to return or exchange the order, the cost of two shipping labels will be deducted: the first shipping label for the first shipment (even if the shipping was free), and the second for returning the order. If the buyer wants to exchange the product, the second shipping label will be deducted. The cost of one shipping label for the order is determined as follows: 30 for the first 15 kg, and an additional 3 for each extra 1 kg. If the buyer decides to return or exchange, the seller has the right to deduct 4% from the total order value to cover order preparation fees and payment gateway fees. In case of defects or errors in the product or order caused by the seller or the store, we will refund the full order value to the buyer without any deduction. The buyer is not entitled to exchange or return the product in the following cases: - If the product was manufactured based on the buyer’s request or according to specifications he set, except for products with a defect or that violated the specifications set by the consumer. - If the product has been opened, used, or the original labels removed. - If a defect appears in the product due to poor handling by the buyer or consumer. - If the contract involves providing accommodation, transportation, or catering services. We do not accept returns of damaged products due to misuse, and Marka Al-Nasser store and/or the owner of the store (Adel bin Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Al-Nasser Commercial Establishment) have full rights to approve or reject return requests based on whether they meet the above conditions and standards. Cancellation Policy Conditions for Cancellation: The store reserves the right to refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders at its sole discretion. Cancellation requests are only accepted from buyers and customers for orders that have not been prepared, delivered to the shipping company, or a shipping label has not been created for them. For online paid orders: If cancellation is requested after the order has been handed over to the shipping company or a shipping label has been created, the shipping fee will be deducted from the order value. In case of cancellation, the seller has the right to deduct 4% from the total order value to cover order preparation and payment gateway fees. The paid amount will be refunded after deducting the shipping fee within 1-7 working days after the shipment returns to our warehouses.
